Dr. Cook was very kind and soft spoken. She did explain everything although I just wished it had been on paper. We did receive some information. The heart was normal so that was great news! During the ultra sound my daughter was almost in tears over the pressure of the ultra sound and how it hurt. I just think they should ask the patient how they are doing. Nothing was mentioned other than me asking her. Overall the experience was okay.

Honestly by far the best medical facility very welcoming and understanding. They saved my daughters life without her surgery her life span would have shortens but the provider reassured me that my daughter would be fine as well as she would be well taken care of. They kept their word and allowed my daughter another chance at life. I definitely recommend this provider for all parents in the area.

My husband is a medical professional, and he and the doctor could have had a whole conversation about our son that I didn't understand, but instead she spoke to me and explained things incredibly well so that I would understand and feel free to ask any questions. I felt so much better after we left that appointment. Doctor Cook was wonderful.
