Very professional and friendly person

Amanda is fabulous! I arrived at 7.50am. There was rubbish in the elevator, and one of the chairs either in the waiting room for Amanda or the lab has a stained chair with a notice saying not to sit in it. Surprising that no one had taken the initiative to remove it from patient/public view.

They made every effort to accommodate me in a timely way but it was still more that a day before I could connect with a provider. The video chat was a good answer. Prior to the chat I filled out all the e-checkin info and yet when it came time to connect I had to do it all over again which I was not prepared for and made the process a little arduous. Otherwise successful.

Amanda was very professional and listened to my concerns with caring understanding. I highly recommend her and would not think about seeing any other health care provider.
