This is new to me. This is the 1st time I used Louisiana BlueCare on my iPhone where I could see the Nurse & she could see me. She was nice & we talked just like I was in front of her at Shiland. She told me to go to the laboratory to have a urine test before the doctor can diagnose me & I did. The test was done quickly & I had result on my email too.

She listened and gave honest feed back as well as promptly made adjustments

I always have a great experience with Barnett folks and this was as well!

NP Amanda was great. She listened and I felt like she cared about my well being.

It was very convenient, helpful and saved me a painful trip in the car to seek medical help.

This was my first video e-visit. I got into poison ivy the week before, so I was sharing my rashes/blisters with Amanda Langford, NP. She could see them. Amanda was very kind, patient and understanding. And offered solutions to help me. A very good experience! I will do this again!

I would prefer in person visits with my primary care. If getting an appt continues to be a problem because they are booked 2 weeks out, may have to consider other arrangements.
