They are so helpful
Ms. Nunez, wasn't helpful, she didn't listen to what I needed. Her notes after the visit were full misleading comments that were not true. I got the impression she was either afraid to treat me or didn't want to. I requested an inhaler that my previous doctor gave me and she refused to give me. Her notes reflected differently. I plan on contacting the directors about the treatment I received from her.
This was my first time seeing her but I felt she is on the ball with her care. She set up test to be done right-a-way. I liked her and hope she will stay as since I started coming to this office the other doctors I had left. I do like the facility and everyone I have dealt with have been very nice and seem to be very efficient.
Caring about my health concerns.
Everyone was extremely nice starting with the lady sitting at the front desk to the nurse who took me back to the room and took my vitals to the doctor.
I like my new provider. She seems nice and thorough. However, why are the appointments never on time? I'm never seen on time and all my appointments seem like I'm there for 2 hours. Just to see the provider for 5 mins. It's so frustrating.
Zero personality , not friendly at all
Amanda Nunez, FNP was very understanding very concerned about my health . And explain everything very understandable to me. I feel very comfortable talking to her and overall, she is a very caring physician. We need more health providers like her.
