So easy and comfortable experience

PA-C Amber was excellent.

I really wasn't in contact with anyone from this office other than to make an appointment. The PA, Amber, was very knowledgeable about my situation. She made me feel very relaxed. I asked for my blood pressure to be checked afterwards and it came down almost 20 points.

I had difficulty initially scheduling the appointment. After a couple attempts, someone finally called me back, days later. I scheduled an in-person appointment but they switched it to a phone appointment. Phone appointment went well.

At first, I was taken aback at this being a phone call; deemed it very impersonal when I was dealing with some very serious issues. That being said, my fears were allayed when speaking with Amber Troxell. She was very thorough, succinct, and knowledgeable. She answered my and my daughters questions and was very responsive. She provided us with the next steps in my case. I look forward to meeting her and this group in person.
