I was extremely disappointed that the front desk staff didn't know not work to find out how much later my appointment would be. I was also disappointed with the rn/pa's demeanor. She was cold, unapologetic about the extremely long wait and did not inform me that the provider would be even later after vitals were taken. Mr. Dehlin's care was fine. Routine illness appointment and care.
