Everything was quick and efficient
It was my 1st time doing this. It was a great experience and the doctor and the people that set this up were very professional and spot on. I have been leary about virtual visits but my experience had changed that. I would do it again. It's very convenient and didn't take long to complete the visit and meds was waiting on me when I attended at the pharmacy. Thank you for the opportunity and look forward to have it again if needed. The set up was a bit involved. Proofpoint to get a file, to call a number, to set up a app, then review Atrium account. But once the set up was established, the appointment was most efficient and welcome.

I never met Dr Andrew...I had difficulty with my phone...I could not open my camera...I called the office back and explained the problem and was told I could do a phone visit which was fine...never heard anything from anyone. Called for in person office visit and told open visit was filled..I went online and got a visit scheduled. myself.
He was nice and understanding the fact of my condition that I was having at the time and he said good I made me appointment to see allergies doctor to see what was going on
