Dr Claugus and staff are very professional but also very friendly. They have done so much to help me. I fell blessed to have them.

The doctor that provided me care for this visit was awesome!!!! She treated me like a human not a number and took the time to answer ANY question I had. She did not get frustrated with me or give quick choppy answers to move on with her day. Please thank her for me.

The current process for lab/blood draw after my Dr appointment is flawed. I was redirected to sit in the lobby awaiting the lab tech. However, I was then overlooked for 25min as "next in line", despite seeing other patients attended to without being redirected to the lobby. The front office staff assisted to get me "next in line". The post-Dr visit to lab process could be improved at this office.

As I said before I enjoyed the visit, Dr. Claugus was very sweet. She listened to me. She took an interest in me and as I’ve had some health issues lately it made me feel very comfortable.. I sent her a message afterwards and she was very quick to respond.
