Setting advanced appointments is fairly easy. Getting seen when you have an emergency or a problem remains extremely difficult. You're either over taxing the doctors or skimping on hiring PAs. Either way, it needs to be addressed. The portal also needs a serious rethink. Reviewing certain parts of the medical history is clunky at best. You push us to setting on-line appointments but the screening questions are idiotic so they get you nowhere near where you want to be. It's frustrating and leads to avoidance and making a call where you needn't go through any of that foolishness. Trying to use it to get a referral is a joke. Next time you revise the system, quit talking amongst yourselves and engage a patient advisory group.

I am incredibly blessed to have Dr. Anne Lutin as my primary care physician. I appreciate the fact that she is very thorough and takes the time to explain health information/concerns to me in layman's terms.
