Initial visit to establish new physician...very impressed with the office and personnel

When I let them know I couldn't get a follow up appt in a month, they immediately checked and got me one. When I sent a message about my medicine, they sent one back immediately and took care of my concerns. I also found them to be friendly and made you feel relaxed.

She was very thorough an explained things so I could understand them

Dr. Jacob was excellent in the care & attention that I received in Atrium hospital Monroe, gave prompt, very capable attention to all tests required for my health problem (pleural effusion), answered all my questions, concerns. I'm very fortunate that Dr. Jacob was on duty the weekend I was admitted. Thank you, Dr. Jacob!!

Due to the high level of care that we receive from Dr. Brouse, we opted out of leaving his care to pursue another alternative.
