Very satisfied with medical staff
Excellent
Wish more doctors were as caring and well informed.
Very comfortable atmosphere in this practice, while maintaining professionalism. Perfect blend of patient care with provider concern.
Good physician and very knowledgeable
She is always prompt and answers my questions in a way that I understand them. I'm new here and very satisfied with the Drs. I've seen so far.
She seems to care about the patients and ask about your feelings
My appt was a 'Medicare Wellness Check'. I did not know it was a 'fasting labs' test, nor was I informed of it prior. I was asked by staff if I wanted my meds refilled, I told her 'No'. When asked about my pharmacy, I said "I use a mail order service, but for this visit, Walmart Family at Cuthbertson in Waxhaw". (Not knowing if a new prescription was going to be required). All of my meds were refilled by the Walmart Pharmacy, even those I specifically asked not to fill. I explained to Dr. Singaraju that I would not pay for Xarelto, which is now $747 per refill, and that I take 81mg aspirin as a blood thinner. Walmart was not pleased when I refused to accept the prescription. I was prescribed Meloxicam for the pain. Then, in the post visit summary it states 'Stop Meloxicam......until seen by Ortho in two days'. Dr. S suggested I may need a CT Scan and yet, in the post visit notes it states 'May need an MRI'. I have been dealing with this condition for 6 months and having pain 24/7. My initial complaint in March was due to an injury and swelling of my lower leg. No DVT was detected and that's where the treatment stopped. My condition has had all the earmarks/symptoms of chronic Compartment Syndrome and nothing has been done.
Very happy with my visits and discussing my health and following her medical advice.
This is an excellent facility with an amazing group of people.
