Dr. Spell has been always fantastic! He is the best! However we should have been asked by the nurse before she led us to the eye exam spot, which we totally don't need since we always see our own eye doctor every year, so we denied it. And this particular nurse had no idea that we have seen the exactly same doctor for 8 consecutive yrs, and even said we probably saw different doctor last year. We always loved all the nurses we met at Atrium Health because they were all very professional and very pleasant, but unfortunately the experience this time was significantly different.
