I was able to obtain an appointment immediately after messaging the care team. I was seem by Dr. Gaines. Dr. Gaines was not the doctor I regularly see in the practice. He listened to me as I described my problem, examine me and suggested an Xray. I was able to get the Xray the same day. I heard from the office on the same day about the results. Steps were taken to obtain authorization from the insurance company to see a specialist the next day. I was impressed with Dr. Gaines and the rest of the care team who acted expeditely on my case.
