i was a "work in" patient with a dr who was not my primary care physician. I feel she did a good job with a patient she had never met. she prescribed medications for my bronchitis and i hope to be freling bettrr soon.

She listened to our concerns and was easy to talk with. She explained reasons for her recommendations.

Nice experience. The NP was very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. The only change I would make is a young lady working the reception desk was eating potato chips-didn't seem very professional, but maybe she had to eat while she worked. She was sitting behind the reception desk and was maybe manning the online chat. No an issue for me, but I know you look for ways to improve.
