The entire staff is always so happy and kind so you don't really feel like you are in the "dreaded" doctors office. They are very fast, I rarely have had to wait more than 5 minutes and the ladies in the lab are the only people that have NEVER left a big bruise on me after taking blood. 20/10 for this office !!!
