This was my first time meeting and seeing Dr. Falcone and I was really impressed with her professionalism, concern and knowledge. She was patient to hear my questions and answered them. She made me feel valued and respected.

My appointment was for 1:45, I got there at 1:55 and checked in. I was immediately taken to my room but waited for the gynecologist to come in for 30 minutes. I told her I had work at 3 so I had to go and had already started putting my clothes back on before she came into the room. She then proceeded to talk quickly about how I am doing and some more information she needed to complete the analysis. Then I left without getting a vaginal exam. Was definitely upset with how long I waited for her but I do take responsibility for being 10 minutes late when the appointment says to be 15 minutes early.
