Dr.Falcone is a great provider. She truly listens and takes your concerns seriously. I love that she thinks outside of the box!
Although the visit was good, the follow up on the test results can use improvement. It took several emails and calls to get someone to provide me information on an abnormal test result. Being it was a time sensitive issue, I expected the follow up to be taken with more urgency than offered. Please provide timely follow-ups when Abnormal results are received so that the patient may take appropriate and immediate action and ease any unknown concerns.
Had a long wait time, and was only seen by the doctor past 50 minutes the appointment time. Will appreciate if someone can communicate beforehand if the provider is running behind schedule. Don't have to wait and waste our time.
