From.entrance to exit everyone I encountered was extremely nice and helpful

I left Dr. Cope's office in tears (the good kind). He spent more time than was allocated for the appointment with me, explaining my symptoms and the reasoning them. I asked many questions, and he answered them in a way that I could tell he was thinking critically about my situation and making tailored recommendations for me. For the first time in three years, I left a doctors office with a plan for treatment that I am hopeful about. Thank you so much for your time, Dr. Cope. I'd also like to thank my intake nurse who did my bladder scan. She was lovely and authentic, and she put me at ease right away.
