Original appointment that was canceled by provider was moved out over 2 months. I had made the appointment back in February for a physical. They said they could get me in earlier if I saw a PA. I accepted and when I got there it was for a Medicare Wellness Check not a Physical. I should have been told this at the time of appointment. I did not want a Medicare Wellness. I had to go back a second time to see my doctor for a physical. The appointment desk needs more training on appointments !!
