Dr. Williams never rushes or seems like he's in a hurry to move on to another patient. He explains issues very well in terms that I can understand. He is always prompt, his nurse is always prompt. From check in to seeing the nurse, to seeing the doctor, to having lab work done is a very efficient process.
The doctor was excellent but not just the doctor, ie the nurse was also very good (pleasant, efficient and cooperative with my questions).
