I was sent to ER on 6/8 told that I needed to be seen by a neurologist as soon as possible; because I liked your doctors in the ER who were very informative and attentive I asked the VA if I could be seen by your practice because you weee the ones who treated me and felt comfortable. Received permission scheduled appointment which was soonest August but sooner than VA to go to appointment and was asked what could they do for me today, I'm like what? I'm here because you said I needed to come? I should have been told - if we have any additional questions please call to schedule an appointment!!!
