Very good experience. Provider gave me all he info I needed and answered all my questions

Took 6 months to get in to see PA. It will be 3 more months to get a pre-surgical test and then another month to get a consult with Dr. Then who knows how long it will be before I can schedule my surgery. I know it's not considered life threatening but to me it is a very uncomfortable problem that I feel should be considered more urgent!

Brittany Jones is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job of listening to my concerns.

All staff was extremely friendly. I am handicapped & they were extremely patient & accommodating. Dr Jones & her assistant helped me relax during the examination & understood my limitations. That was very important to me. I truly appreciated their friendliness & professionalism.

Brittany Jones is just the best.

It was my first visit. I felt I was listened to and this was considered in treatment. I felt like my appointment was her only appointment meaning that I didn't feel like she was in a hurry to get to the next appt. I was very pleased with how she explained options for treatment and answered my questions thoroughly.
