Dr. Jones is very friendly and don't mind taking all the time that is needed to make sure you understand what she is saying. Also she will listen yo everything you have to say
When we arrived from the front desk to the nurse and then our doctor the customer service was GREAT and this was my daughter's first visit to a regular doctor as she puts it from her baby doctor (pediatrician) and this was a great experience for her

Dr Jones was very professional
The office personnel were not engaging nor welcoming. The provider rushed through my "exam" after I waited for about 45 minutes to see her.
I was treated with respect and staff,nurse was very respectful. I appreciate Dr.Carla Jones she is very caring and understanding !!

Dr. Jones is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and at the same time very approachable and easy to talk to. So glad she's my doctor! And the staff is also very professional and kind. I feel fortunate. Thank you all!
Dr Jones and her staff are kind, caring and funny . They have a GREAT bed side manner. That is #1 in my book! 5 ? review for me. From me being lost on the way there her staff talked me thru it. Then her nurse listened to my concerns, before Dr. Jones even came in the room. I apologized for rambling , she said no need to apologize.
