I had no problems with the care provider. My problem is that my PCP referred me for a colposcopy, after speaking to the NP I was told that she could not do the procedure a doctor would have to do it. So that means I have to take another day off from work & an extra medical bill. She did explain the procedure to me which I'm sure the doctor will do the same before the procedure. Knowing what the referral was for I should have been scheduled with the doctor not a NP. Not a happy patient & very disappointed.
