Absolutely hands down one of the best experiences I've had. Dr. Rainbow and her staff excel. Extraordinarily positive experience. :-) I think that setting the tone (warmth hopefully) is important from the start -in the reception area onward is important. People often arrive anxious, & hurting and greeting them in a caring way there is also important. the waiting room was crowded with someone coughing and I almost wanted to wait in my car. Maybe there could be some improvements there?
