The parking garage was a mess over 20 cars were driving the levels that were open trying to find parking spaces. The upper level (4) and access ramp were closed due to snow accumulation. 3 full days after the snowfall and it had not been cleared! This reduced the number of parking spaces by 25%. People including myself were forced to park in this hazardous area in order to make our appointments. I was stuck in the snow with my car being it was only two wheel drive, but was able to get my self out with a little shoveling. Your operational facility team dropped the ball on this and my assumption nobody knew about this.
