Chantal is amazing and I love seeing her for my visits. She really listens to my needs in a very non-judgemental way and always meets me where I'm at. I am willing to wait to see her. She gives her patients time to discuss their concerns. I would recommend allowing her extended appt times or alerting patients ahead of time if the provider is behind schedule in order not to waste pts time.
Everyone who helped me was friendly. The only thing I didn't like at all was the fact that even though I arrived a little early for my appointment and finished filling out the forms and everything else they asked me for, I still had to wait almost an hour to be seen. I was waiting in the exam room, and I think they'd forgotten I was there. Out of embarrassment, I didn't go out to ask, but I was almost going crazy standing there. I almost regretted making the appointment. After about an hour, one of the nurses came into the room asking if I had already seen the gynecologist, which obviously I hadn't. About 10 minutes passed before the gynecologist arrived, but the appointment was quick and accurate. Although I had previously been to another medical facility, they asked me many more questions and required more tests than here. I only left with a prescription, which I'm not complaining about, but it did surprise me. I finally managed to leave around 3:21 p.m., even though my appointment was at 2 p.m. I arrived at almost 1:50 p.m. The time I spent was crazy.
All the staff from the providers to the MA's are wonderful. I've been going for over a year and I've never had anything but a great experience with their care.
