Nurses and staff were very unfriendly and unpleasant, not making it a place that children would want to be at.

The front desk people are always nice and work quick! The nurses are kind and do their best trying to get the vaccines administered fast. Thank you to them, I know they have a tough rep with the kids since they always come to poke them. Dr. Smoak never fails to have an amazing attitude, he listens to my concerns and has built trust with my son. I definitely recommend this office to anyone with kids.

Dr Smoak is the best of the best. His nurse today was great also. Very kind and friendly and professional. If I had any suggestion it would be for the rooms to be cleaned better. There was dust under the exam table and dust bunnies and dirt on the floor where the step stool had been pulled out. If I can see those things, then makes me wonder how well the rest is cleaned and what germs are there that we can't see.
