Chelsea went above and beyond in explaining things to me, answering my questions, and most importantly, made me felt validated and heard in my medical concerns. Whereas in the past, these concerns have typically been brushed off by providers (not at this office) and made me feel silly for having these anxieties about my health. I felt that Chelsea respected my wants, needs and future health goals. Moreover, the nurse who roomed me was amazing as well. I was made very comfortable as soon as I stepped into the room, it felt like I was in a friend's comfortable home rather than a foreign sterile doctor's office. After my visit, I had issues getting my medication filled, so I called back the office. Though it was after hours, the triage nurse still called Walmart pharmacy for me and when they couldn't work things through, the nurse had a back up plan ready and sent my prescription elsewhere. Overall, I want to express that this is the care and experience every woman deserves.

This is nothing againts the provider. My feedback mostly reflects atrium the clinic. First there was no urgent appointment available, secondly there was no solution to a needed ultrasound.
