I had severely injured one of my fingernails to the point to where I could not see what the real damage was. The doctor was knowledgeable and gave me a sense of calm. I got specific instructions on how to take care of the injury. I read the summary and notes after my visit, and I was amazed that he had provided so much info. The only thing that was kind of funny was that I was referred to as a male patient when I am a female! Lol
