Very thorough

the provider, specifically the PA that I visited with was very professional and was truly interested in my reasons for the visit and spent good time to explain the options. Two items that have nothing to do with the PA. First the number that I received to call for my first appointment...never answered after three days of trying....I finally had to visit the office in person to get an appointment. The receptionist had no idea what the number was except a call center. I ask who could I speak with to inquire why they never answered, she said "you need to call the call center" Right. Second: All the patients that visit this center are there because of the potential word of "cancer"; the receptionists could at least soften the visit with an occasional smile or friendly greeting........none of that was present.

I have had a really good experience working with Dr. Powell and I have came a long way and accomplished so much and she's very supportive and understanding of the situation and I greatly greatly appreciate that
