Provider walked into the room 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time. I understand being a few minutes behind, but I was preparing to leave when provider came in. If the doctor is more than 25 minutes behind schedule, patients should be told and given the option to reschedule. Patients' time is just as valuable as a doctor's time.

Clara Croce is very professional and at the same time very friendly and personal. I always enjoy seeing her for my annual visits.
