I have no issues with the care providers. They are all exemplary. I do have issues with your billing department. I am constantly besieged with auto generated insurance pending letters instructing me to contact my insurance provider about unpaid balances. This requires me to contact my provider who then contacts your billing department to assure them that the claim will be paid. My provider indicates this occurs because of delayed processing on the part of Atrium. I. would appreciate if this could be rectified as it reflects poorly on the excellent service routinely provided by Atrium.
