Dr. Smith, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and said if I needed to come back that I could. He truly is an asset to the office.

We were very pleased with Dr Smith
DR Smith took a lot of time to explain my problem and to request the system for expedited visit to a heart doctor. (That was Friday evening and as of Sunday I have not been contacted by anyone. ) I am assuming that I will hear something on Monday. Dr. Smith looked at my past records in another state and told me I have been previously diagnosed with a-Fib. I was never told. It explains a lot of problems I have been having. Dr. Smith is a winner!!!!

Dr. Smith is a great doctor, especially with kids! He has treated both of mine. I would say the reception and nursing staff need a little work. They called a patient that came in after us first and left us sitting for a good 10-15 minutes before calling us back and there was no one else in the waiting room when we walked in. We had to ask the nurse to test for COVID and she swabbed for step and Covid. But, instead of running both tests, they only ran the strep test and threw away the Covid test. So, my son had to be swabbed a second time. Don't know if he had the flu, because that wasn't even a discussion and don't know why. All they did was look at his throat and we're only concern about it being slightly red and swollen. No ear check, gland/lymph node check…had we not pushed for the Covid test, we wouldn't have those answers either.

Dr Smith listened to my problem of a sore neck. Big improvement after 3days.
