Doctor: Very good behavior and Great listener. Front desk always ready to answer questions. Last year when I did the labs, the phlebotomist was very kind and an expert in drawing blood.
The experience with th physician was great; however, your admin staff up front and nurse staff seem to continue to be your biggest challenge. Front desk staff (all of them) are unprofessional and rude. They don't even acknowledge you upon arrival matter of a fact they avoid eye contact at all cost so that they don't have to serve you even though none seem to be servicing a patient. This has been the same disastrous experience on the Obgyn floor at this same building. Admin staff completely out of touch and not even trying to do the bare minimum. I'm grossed out at these behaviors especially for this industry.
I recommend it for everyone. Perfect, understanding, willing to help, listening , worm welcoming I love everything. Thank you for making me feel better ?

I have see three of your doctors. I think they are all very good. Have enjoyed each one. I'm having a problem with my back and legs. But I'm running out of pain medicine called today to get a refill NO luck. This is my only complaint.
I have loved having Dr. Harkreader as my primary care physician. She listens to my concerns and provides clear paths for how to move forward.
