The front staff is very welcoming and Dr and her staff are great. They are very patient and explain anything I have questions about very thoroughly.

Dr. Harkreader is very knowledgeable and attentive to my health concerns. She took her time to answer my questions. She throughly reviewed my health history, and provided bloodwork addressing concerns that I had. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Harkreader is caring, knowledgeable, took all the time I needed, and I trust her. The referral process is lacking. The "referral team" is holding up my ability to schedule an appointment because they're getting preauthorization. MY INSURANCE DOESN'T REQUIRE PREAUTHORIZATION! Wasting time.
