My only "issue" barely worth mentioning is that the ladies at the front are rarely friendly. I only see them once a year, but it seems they always have a chip on their shoulder, like me just being there is an issue for them. I had two forms that needed signing. I was OK with signing one but not the other. But I wanted to read it before signing, just to be sure and as a matter of policy. The attitude I encountered was the opposite of friendly and obliging. It was as if I was inconveniencing the person and an idiot for deviating from the "normal" people who sign everything without first reading what they are about to sign. Bottom line--the ladies see dozens of people every day. I get that. But I see them only once a year. And probably most patients only see them once a year. Something to ponder. Thank you as always. Dr. Speiser is a very caring doctor. He explains everything so you can understand what you need to do. I trust him completely and would definitely recommend him.

Dr Speiser was very helpful and explained everything very well. He made sure I understood everything. Had to wait 6 months to get in to see him, but the appointment was well worth it. That's not saying I didn't mind waiting 6 months; I would've liked a much shorter period of time.
