I always have a pleasant experience at the facility and Dr Haggstrom takes time to talk with me and explain the different procedures that I'm receiving

I was directed to the wrong office ( I only come once a year) and spent 40 minutes waiting to be called before the receptionist returned from lunch (I had a 12:40 appointment), when she told me I was in the wrong office. One of your "hall" information persons was the one to give me the wrong information.
