Whole experience at Carmel Family Physicians was excellent.
It takes me about 45 minutes to get to this office but I wouldn't change for a closer location because I have been with Dr. Sappenfield for many years and respect him and trust his care of me.

Change the web application (My Atrium) to be people friendly...the check in questionnaire asked about Dyslipidemia...why not show it as Dyslipidemia [elevated cholesterol or fats (lipids) in the blood]. That most everyone using the app would understand. Thank you providing an 'Estimate detail' with an insurance accepted code that I can file with FSA. I came to the office for a reason not just to come by and give you $40. At least I can present this with my payment so FSA will approve it without having to get a ledger of transactions a week or two later to prove I just was being charitable. I can't tell you how many hours/days I have wasted trying to get proof of service. I have not been asked to provide for this last co-pay...to see if they will actually accept it...but I am fairly certain it contains the information needed to suffice for the payment.

I have been seeing Daniel Sappenfield for more years than I can remember. We have a good relationship and are able to carry on a casual conversation about my health and goals. I feel very good on what I need to achieve and he is very helpful in my reaching those goals.
Dr. Sappenfield and his staff have always been the best with all my health needs. Couldn't think of a better doctor.
