My provider is fine. I was set up to travel to this Dr office from the start because it was the first available. I live a mile away from cmc main so I think it is unintelligent to travel 30 minutes out to the University for a 2 minute Dr appt. Initial scheduling was an annoying eye roller that I appear to be stuck with unless I try Novant when Medicare comes up this year.
Although test results were available to me I was confused as I didn't understand. Since Dr. hadn't recieved them I wasnt sure of meaning or what I could or couldn't do to treat abnormal results and the effects
He listens to what I have to say or ask and pays attention to my concerns.
Dr Graham and his staff are so gracious and competent that they instill great comfort and compassion in their work.
