Dr. Newman seems to care very much about his patients. He takes the time to really listen and come up with plan to help you achieve your goal.
The nurse asked me if i wanted testing for stds. I said no because I haven't been sexually active in 5 years. The doctor asked if I had lots of discharge. I said yes and got tested for stds, which came back negative of course. I will be upset if I have to pay for these tests that I didn't need.
He was apologetic for the long wait after I was in the exam room.
Dr. David Newman makes you feel very comfortable and listens carefully to what you are saying and asking. He is easy to talk to and confide in, never judging, but always giving you his honest opinion on what's in your best interest health-wise. He is very knowledgeable about women's health issues.
You listen to my concerns we come up with a plan executed it, and a result has been great
I have known Dr. Newman for 25 years and he is my favorite. Communicative, sensitive, and never in a rush.
Dr. Newman is an awesome physician, with impeccable bedside manner. He has always taken interest in my care and wellbeing. I trust his recommendations and will continue to entrust my care to him.
Unfortunately, I wasn't seen for my 9:30 appointment until about 10:30. Why can't time allowed for each patients' appointments be longer? If physicians had more time to spend with us, the delays may not be so great.
Surgery went well and appreciate his skill.
Overall I'm pleased with the provider. Although, it was evident the nurse didn't read my chart. I was being asked about IUD, birth control and fibroids when I had a hysterectomy. It was a bit concerning, since the procedure occurred within the past visit or 2. I think, just taking time to read the patient's chart is valuable.
