Dawn is s wonderful FNP. She listens to my concerns and never rushes through an appointment. She is friendly and very nice to work with during an appointment.

I wish I could rate Dr Hale higher than a 10! I have had numerous PCPs in my life and this is the first time I really feel like I am listened to and included in treatment decisions. She talked me through different options and based on my past visits I know she is easy to get in touch with if I have questions and concerns. Frankly, the entire staff from scheduling, registration, nurse and provider at Lake Park Family were all top notch and I recommend them every time anyone asks.

Dawn Hale is a great provider. She listens to my concerns, asks questions for clarification and offers great advice. Very professional and knowledgeable. She always makes me feel as if I'm her only patient. The front office staff is amazing and efficient.

She is the first doctor in a long time to listen to me. She took my issue seriously and instead of just giving meds, was able to get me a diagnosis of kidney stones I have been dealing with for 5 years. I truly appreciate her. I feel like we are a team when I go in for an appointment. I usually have some anxiety going to medical appointments due to past drs not listening to me. She always puts me at ease and takes me seriously.
