Very good experience .

The receptionist was rude and suggested that since we were a few minutes late they may have to reschedule our appointment. She was on the phone and it seemed possible was a personal call when we arrived causing a further delay and I felt it unnecessary for her to have said that to upset us rather than let us know if that would be a final outcome after the time had elapsed - very unnecessary to upset people with a comment like that when in the end, we made it in to the appointment no problem (???). Almost as if she enjoyed letting us know we may have to come back b/c we were late despite how insanely crowded the parking lot was and she suggested that she knew the parking lot was always like that. Overall not professional, compassionate, or welcoming in the very least and was rude again when we left. Very uncalled for toxic behavior for someone in the healthcare field.

Dr. Mangieri is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I could not navigate my mom's disease without her. Dr. Mangieri is ALWAYS available for me if I have any questions or concerns. I am very thankful for her and this entire team!
