the appointment was for an urgent need and I felt like I was being addressed about my HRT choices and timeframe - questioned, vs a discussion, which I didn't appreciate as I have had lengthy discussions about this in the past. while I was happy to find out there is a new provide for this service I felt the approach was off-putting. It was also an uncomfortable exam due to my allergies to propylene glycol which is in the gel used, although this hasn't been a problem I the past with prior providers, so sorry but I was not thrilled with the overall experience. Perhaps just a personality mismatch.
