Our family loves Dr.Basnet. She is kind and very patient. She makes my children feel comfortable and includes them in all parts of discussions and decisions about their health. This is done in a way that I believe allows them to trust her while also learning to be active advocates for their own health. We are incredibly grateful for her, the office staff, and the nursing staff at this location.

She is our primary Dr for all the kids and she knows all of them and ask of each even if they are not there for the visit. She makes sure to explains things in a language that we can understand and let us decide how we would like to continue the process. I would wait to get appointment from this care provider than anyone else.
I would say we didn't need to get there an hour 1/2 early with an autistic kid. Could of got there at 7 for 8 procedure
