Atrium's staff cannot be beat! From the receptionist to the specialist doctors, everyone is phenomenal!
A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. The team was exceptional, focused, friendly and made me feel comfortable.
I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation for the provider. She is exceptional-professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in the information she provides. I have had a very positive experience with her care. However, I would like to respectfully raise a concern regarding the front-end staff, specifically those responsible for check-in and check-out. While I was seated in the lobby, a woman entered who appeared to be very ill. She explained that she was unable to keep any food down. I overheard the interaction, and it seemed that she was not treated with the level of empathy and professionalism that patients deserve. She was advised to go to the emergency room. After she left the facility, I overheard staff members discussing her situation in a manner that felt inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly with other patients present in the lobby. The tone of the conversation came across as dismissive and lacking compassion. I share this feedback with respect and in the hope that it will be received constructively. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, especially when they are feeling vulnerable and unwell. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Thank God, he treated me well. But I'm sad because I thought he was going to tell me I needed surgery, and he said not at the moment. These hemorrhoids are bothering me a lot, oh well, with all due respect.
I'm still not so sure if I want this done. I've had so many problems with invasive procedures that I may opt to just live with this problem
