Dr. Story listened and care about creating a place to deal with my diabetes.

I really appreciate the relationship I have with this office in particular. I always know it will be a good visit and I feel heard and understood.

The time between Dr visits and infusions is ridiculous. 3 to 4 hour waits. This is terrible. Next week I do labs at 10am, I see the Dr at 10:40. That takes less than an hour, and then I have to wait until 2pm for infusions. That's more than a 3 hour wait. This happens all the time. I have been complaining for over a year and it's getting worse.
