I called for an appointment @ 3 months ago...little did I know Atrium was converting the computer programs. I heard nothing. After I called back, scheduled an appointment, I received an email letting me know I would have to pay an outrageous amount for the visit. From past experience with companies changing computer programs, they NEVER discuss the planning by contacting employees And the patients that have to navigate it with the IT programmers to get it set up in a user friendly manner. I have dealt with a lot of frustration just trying to get a message to my doctor. I finally end up calling my doctor's office. Terrible program.
