I miss the previous medical assistant we had for my daughter. The new staff is nonchalant and should not be working with children.

Dr Eseet is friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and provided my child with small changes she can make to be healthier. My child values her opinion and that's important to me! Always a great visit with this office.

The check in process is very unsocial and non caring. Since we're 5 years past Covid and that crazy I'd expect a Pediatric office to be more warm and caring. One thing I didn't care for was the nurses assistant who checked us in the room. There was a question about TDap vaccine and I was unsure. I tried to ask the assistant more information was met with the door closing. Basically, she had no time to hear concerns and walked out. The provider was fine. No issues with her. My recommendation is to get back to normalcy and treat the patients with dignity and a since of importance. We're the reason they have a place to work.

Dr Eseet has been an amazing addition to your practice. The time snd attention she takes with my kids is unmatched.
