Dr. Dyer's explanation of my MRI began as I would normally expect, showing areas of concern and then what he thought was appropriate treatment. Then he suddenly started talking and looking directly at my daughter that was with me. Telling her what it was I should expect, etc. and acting like I was totally ignorant my situation. I totally regret not calling him out for it. My pinched nerve has definitely caused foot and leg issues but it has not caused my brain to cease functioning. I completely understand what he said, both words and actions.
Very hard to get appointments in a timely manner. I am doing PT at Ballantyne and they are severely understaffed- they are skilled and nice but it is hard to get appts for PT also.

The appointment went very well with Dr. Dyer. He was friendly, professional, and informative concerning my back problem. We achieved what we needed at this time and will make further decisions with him if going forward. Great appointment.
